Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and engage potential clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by finding new business opportunities and initiating the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through social media, job boards, business directories, and other online platforms
- Generate and qualify new leads through email, messaging, and calls
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align outreach efforts
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Track and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools related to lead generation
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in online research and customer outreach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Recruitment, sales, business development, or digital marketing
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook, and other B2B platforms
