Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and engage potential clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by finding new business opportunities and initiating the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through social media, job boards, business directories, and other online platforms
  • Generate and qualify new leads through email, messaging, and calls
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align outreach efforts
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Track and report lead generation performance and conversion metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools related to lead generation

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in online research and customer outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, sales, business development, or digital marketing
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook, and other B2B platforms
