JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Always deliver the highest quality service to all customers by strictly following company guidelines in baking menu items according to established recipes.
- Maintain a tidy and clean work environment throughout the day.
- Operate machines and heavy-duty equipment only after proper training.
- Conduct temperature checks of chillers and freezers in accordance with company protocols.
- Ensure all food storage processes comply with the rules and procedures outlined in the SOPs.
- Prepare in-store production items, strictly adhering to the exact recipes provided.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory principles.
- Use the correct PLU codes for sold items and ensure proper packaging and labeling of all food products.
- Guarantee that all products meet the highest quality standards and follow the specified requirements.
- Immediately report any pest control or maintenance issues to the Bakery Supervisor.
- Attend all required training sessions, actively participate, and apply newly gained knowledge in your daily work.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and professional grooming; wear a clean uniform at all times.
- Ensure all Basic Food Hygiene records in your department are completed in real-time and report any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and contribute toward achieving corporate goals in alignment with ethics, rules, and regulations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager that are relevant to the role.
