JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Always deliver the highest quality service to all customers by strictly following company guidelines in baking menu items according to established recipes.
  2. Maintain a tidy and clean work environment throughout the day.
  3. Operate machines and heavy-duty equipment only after proper training.
  4. Conduct temperature checks of chillers and freezers in accordance with company protocols.
  5. Ensure all food storage processes comply with the rules and procedures outlined in the SOPs.
  6. Prepare in-store production items, strictly adhering to the exact recipes provided.
  7. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory principles.
  8. Use the correct PLU codes for sold items and ensure proper packaging and labeling of all food products.
  9. Guarantee that all products meet the highest quality standards and follow the specified requirements.
  10. Immediately report any pest control or maintenance issues to the Bakery Supervisor.
  11. Attend all required training sessions, actively participate, and apply newly gained knowledge in your daily work.
  12. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and professional grooming; wear a clean uniform at all times.
  13. Ensure all Basic Food Hygiene records in your department are completed in real-time and report any concerns promptly.
  14. Adhere to company policies and contribute toward achieving corporate goals in alignment with ethics, rules, and regulations.
  15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager that are relevant to the role.
