JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, set objectives, and follow up on all operations related to hot and cold food.
- Oversee the preparation of salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and other cold dishes, as well as the cooking of hot entrees, soups, and side dishes.
- Direct food processors and chefs to follow recipes, prepare ingredients, cook food to proper temperatures, and ensure correct presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and safety standards, while adhering to food quality guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and optimizing food preparation processes to meet customer expectations and culinary standards.
- Apply company policies and work towards achieving goals in accordance with corporate ethics, rules, and regulations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.
