JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Supervise, set objectives, and follow up on all operations related to hot and cold food.
  2. Oversee the preparation of salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and other cold dishes, as well as the cooking of hot entrees, soups, and side dishes.
  3. Direct food processors and chefs to follow recipes, prepare ingredients, cook food to proper temperatures, and ensure correct presentation.
  4. Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and safety standards, while adhering to food quality guidelines.
  5. Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and optimizing food preparation processes to meet customer expectations and culinary standards.
  6. Apply company policies and work towards achieving goals in accordance with corporate ethics, rules, and regulations.
  7. Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.
