JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sorts, inspects and grades seafood products for size and quality.

Prepares seafood by skinning, trimming, washing, gilling, gutting, filleting, shucking, descaling, cooking, smoking, preserving and/or canning fish

Operates machines which slice, peel, skin and crumb seafood.

Counts and packs prepared seafood for freezing.

Packs frozen seafood blocks into cartons after freezing, in order to prepare stock for dispatch.

Ensure that the daily waste done on time as per waste SOP

Cleans and sanitizes equipment and work areas.

Provide excellent customer experience

Follow safety procedures

Check Freshness of stock regularly.

Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.

Performing any other task assigned by the direct manager related to the field of work.
